BLUEBELL FAERIES
Dear little bluebell in canopy’s shade,
In carpets serene such a pleasant parade,
Mystery pervasive, elegant charm,
Gently exuding such entrancing calm,
In damp earthy place, clustering so tight,
For truth seeking eyes, such easy delight,
None can approach without knowing your face,
In cooling respite of woodland’s fair place.
Where faeries abound, to dance and to sing,
Through woodlands cool shade, where bluebells do ring.
All day and all night, in such joyous song,
The bluebell faeries, delightful sweet throng.
Dear little bluebell in canopy’s shade,
Of faeries blue light you surely are made.
