3 months later.

JD and Lynn were at home, peacefully enjoying the day. Luther had not been seen or heard from since he broadcast the torturing of his father, Aaron.

“I’m going to the doctor tomorrow to see what the gender of our baby is,” Lynn told JD.

“You’re having a girl,” he said.

“What?” She was confused. “How do you know?”

“Just a guess.” JD looked up from his laptop and smiled.

“Ummm oookay,” Lynn gave him a funny look.

The next day. At the hospital

“Are you ready to see the gender of your baby?” Doctor Katherine asked.

“Yes. I’m so excited,” Lynn said.

JD just smiled.

“Congratulations! You’re having a girl,” Doctor Katherine said as she handed the ultrasound results to Lynn.

They left the hospital and headed home.

“How did you know we were having a girl?” Lynn asked as JD drove them home.

“I had a dream. It was so vivid. I saw her playing softball, and we were cheering her on,” he recalled.

“The Lord was speaking to you. He was telling you that I was right all along, haha,” Lynn let out a little chuckle.

“Yea, I’m pretty sure the good Lord knows better than to tell anyone that. Me nor Him would hear the end of it,” JD laughed.

October 9th, 2009.

The President arrived in Lincoln County, Nevada, at the highly classified facility known as Area 51.

“What the hell? How are we missing ten clones?” President James asked the head scientist, Doctor Faust.

“Someone took them out for a social experiment. They had high-ranking government clearance and had access to the lab and vault. I’m not sure who. The entry and Olympus Code is encrypted. And since no one has access to see any of that, I don’t know who did it. Who has that access other than you?” Doctor Faust asked.

“Not many. I need to figure out who the hell would need to take them and why. Okay, how fast can they be replaced?” President James asked.

“Eh, that’s easy. I need a string of hair from anyone to replicate DNA samples, Faust said.

“Okay. Let’s get these 10 replaced. I’m not ready for them to touch public testing yet,” President James said.

Faust nodded his head. “Yes, sir.”

JD and Lynn’s Home

“Babe,” Lynn said in a weak voice.

JD looked at her with concern. He got up.

Lynn’s water broke.

“Shit, shit, shit, shit! We gotta get you to a hospital,” JD said in a panic.

“Uh uh, no time,” Lynn shook her head.

“You’re saying you gotta have the baby here?” JD asked.

Lynn shook her head, unable to speak from the force of the contractions.

“Help me to the tub,” Lynn said.

“The tub?” JD asked.

“Just help me!” She snapped.

“Say less.” JD grabbed her and helped her to the bathroom. Lynn climbed in the tub.

JD called 9-1-1 so the ambulance would be on the way.

“The baby’s coming. I can feel her. When I push, you pull. Just don’t squeeze her head off, please,” Lynn said.

“Aw hellll nah,” JD said as he got in position to deliver the baby.

After a few hard pushes, JD and Lynn successfully delivered Ayvah into the world.

“Lynn! We did it. I can’t believe it,” JD said as he held Ayvah. He had the biggest smile on his face. He washed her off.

“Lynn,” he called her name again, but there was no answer. She was unconscious.

“Lynn!” JD checked on her, but the baby was still in one arm.

He heard an urgent knock on the door. When he answered, the paramedics were waiting. They quickly came to Lynn's aid and took the baby. JD got in his car and drove right behind them.

The paramedics checked Lynn’s vitals and tried to resuscitate her.

“Mommy, get up. Why are you sleeping?” Ayvah asked Lynn.

Lynn was groggy and weak. “Hey, baby. My beautiful baby girl. Mommy is tired. So tired.”

“Mommy, it’s not time to sleep yet,” Ayvah told her.

“Clear!”

“Mommyyyy. Wake up!”

The paramedics continued to try to get her to wake up. She was still unconscious.

“Mommy, God said you should wake up. It is not time to sleep, yet.”

There was no movement from Lynn anymore…
