Lance couldn't believe his eyes when he saw his little sister Kendra step forward and speak to him in a human voice. But his shock quickly turned to anger when he realized that this was not his real sister, but an alien posing as her. His blood boiled as he heard her plead for him to join them, claiming that they couldn't be complete without him. Kendra's long, scale grayish boney hands were a sight to behold as they reached out to stroke his hair. The dark claws that adorned her fingers were both mesmerizing and intimidating, giving off a sense of danger and power. As she clicked her tongue in satisfaction, her dark eyes fixated on him making him feel helpless and scared, he could feel her sharp claws digging deeper into the side of his head, causing him to cry out in pain. But she seemed unfazed by his cries as she began to squeeze his head even harder, making his agony unbearable. It was only when another being intervened and signaled her to stop that the torture finally came to an end. The encounter left him terrified and intrigued simply because he didn't know what was going to happen to him, Lance's emotions took over and he screamed at the alien, cursing it for trying to deceive him. He refused to be manipulated by this creature "Fuck off!" He screamed not caring what would happen to him at this point. The alien's perplexed expression quickly turned to shock as it looked at him, its head tilting back in confusion. Before he knew it, he found himself surrounded by the three aliens "Do what you want, motherfuckers! I don't care!" However, his bravado quickly turned to fear when he noticed one of the aliens pulling out a drill. Lance's eyes widened in terror as he realized the danger he was in. He heard the drill go on as the alien got closer..
In the heat of the moment, David burst through the door and immediately began shooting at the creatures, the sound of gunshots echoed through the room as their bodies jerked and writhed from the impact of the bullets. With a sense of urgency, David asked if Lance was okay and without hesitation, they both knew it was time to make a run for it. The adrenaline was pumping as they escaped from the treacherous room, their hearts racing and minds focused on getting out alive.
Lance's heart was heavy as he pleaded with Dave to let him go back to his family, he didn't know why but he had to make sure that they were real, but Dave's words were a harsh reality check. "It's not your family anymore," he said firmly. Lance's heart sank, knowing deep down that Dave was right. His family was no longer the same and he couldn't go back to the way things used to be. Although painful Lance knew that he needed to break away from his family "We need to be careful, we don't know who is an alien and who' isn't" Dave said. Lance gazed out the window, he was not looking back. Meanwhile, Dave scratched his greyish scalish skin and drove off into the night..
