Synopsis
A survivor of the French Resistance and the Death Camps, an elderly widow sojourns to Church on Christmas Eve to light a candle, her beloved from the Resistance. She prays and remembers her beloved. As she prepares to leave, her life changes yet again. Will she take the risk? A Christmas story I may develop into a novella someday, this is the short story I wrote in 1995 and now share. Enjoy!
