The sky wears a veil, thick and still,
as clouds wrap the world in a gentle chill.
They are the keepers of endless thoughts;
Carrying dreams that time forgot.
Darkened heavens, heavy with grace,
they paint shadows across earth's face.
Though they may seem burdened and grey,
they bear the promise of a brighter day.
Through their haze, the world turns slow,
A softened light, a whispered glow.
Clouds remind us to pause, to breathe,
to let go of what we cannot seize.
