After the rain, the world is still,
The air so fresh, the earth so real.
The streets are wet, the sky so clear,
A perfect calm that draws us nearby.
We stand beneath the sky’s wide dome,
Feeling the quiet, the earth’s soft tone.
The rain has passed, but in its wake,
we are reborn, we are awake.
Life moves on, but we are changed,
By every drop, by every range.
In the rain, in clouds, in life’s deep song,
we find ourselves, where we belong.
