Henry is thrown into darkness at the tender age of five. Him and his mother Jan are hit by a drunk driver. The accident leaves Henry blind and his mother with a badly injured broken leg putting her in a wheelchair. Grief and guilt grip the family and have them facing many challenges. Henry dreams of playing baseball and a little sister. The mighty Liz Casey and a dog friend are created by Henry. Can this family recover and Henry escape his loneliness and darkness?
