It had been a year since Andrew Connolly last saw Zira from Zeloria, the alien who helped him become a new person. He went from a clumsy unathletic nerd to a confident, athletic, intelligent leader.

Though he continues to make himself a respectable and confident student, he still misses Zira. Every night before bedtime, he looks up to the stars, saying, "I'm going to believe in myself, for you."

One night, as he watched the stars, he suddenly saw one particular star move unusually, and then it got brighter and brighter.

Daphne happened to see Andrew look up to the stars and noticed the flickering as well. "What is that?" she asked.

Andrew smiled as he said, "It's Zira. She's calling me. Maybe she's checking up on me."

Suddenly a pillar of light fell right in front of the porch of the Connolly home. It was the brightest light that they have ever seen. Both Andrew and Daphne ran outside toward the light. As they did, they saw Zira, wearing the same white dress she wore when she first met Andrew.

"Hello, Andrew", she said, smiling at him.

"Hey, Zira. I missed you."

"I missed you, too, Andrew."

The two of them met under the pillar of light, and then they would hug each other. Meanwhile, Daphne looked in awe of what was happening.

"Zira, what brought you back here to Earth?", she asked.

"Hello, Daphne. We need your brother to help defend our planet Zeloria from the evil King Joe of Biden-eous. He has taken over our planet and enslaved my people. I managed to escape before his Imperial Woke Soldiers could grab me."

"Imperial Woke Soldiers?"

"Yes. King Joe has plans to take over the Earth as well."

Just then, Mr. and Mrs. Connolly woke up. "What's going on?" asked a shocked Mr. Connolly.

Daphne would answer. "Dad, Zira has asked Andrew to help the planet Zeloria, and we need to defend our planet as well."

Mr. Connolly was obviously hesitant. "I don't know about that. He's still a minor, you know--"

Suddenly, Mrs. Connolly ran out of the house. "What's going on??"

"Honey, Zira wants Andrew to join her fight against an evil empire."

Naturally, Mrs. Connolly was hesitant as well. "My goodness. It's as if we're seeing our child join the military."

Daphne turned to her mother and said, "Mom, it's not just her planet that needs defending; it's ours, too."

Realizing that Andrew had grown his confidence because of Zira, Mr. Connolly smiled and said, "Well, Andrew, you've grown up and so this decision is yours."

Andrew smiled, saying, "Thanks, dad", and then he turned to Zira and said, "Well, we'd better get started now."

Zira gave Andrew a big hug, and then they disappeared in the pillar of light.
