Disappointment was read all over Nova's face as he fixed his high purple ponytail.

He knew that his family meant well but he could always hear their thoughts of uncertainty.

Although he was only 10 years of age.

In due time he had to learn the way of the Shadow Walkers.

Souberette was enthusiastic about the pairing of both worlds, even tagging along for the initiation.

"Don't say something you don't mean!" Souberette warms Nova's hands as he practices Deflection.

A distraction Shadow Walkers use to disarm Celestials who tug at their heartstrings.

"He has many moons to see before he can properly execute it." Serene says touching Souberette's shoulder as Serenade appears in the thick of mist.

"An A for effort perhaps?" He says kissing Souberette then kissing his sister on the forehead.

While it was important for Nova to properly execute his magic.

He also had to understand discipline so everything within could be controlled and harnessed when necessary.

Misery on the other hand felt like Nova was perfectly equipped to venture off around Dahlia.

Everyone recognized the family as royalty by their icy purple and white ombres.

That was the pro and con for Nova who was all over the planet Monotone.

Ulterior motives everywhere especially near Feng shui.

The place where hearts are stolen on sight.

"You two again?!" Nova expressed frustration upon seeing Angel Eyes and Earth Angel.

To ensure a safe travel between Lily and Dahlia with no distractions.

Guardians of Light allowed the siblings to cross over the threshold without being interrupted by lingering Shadow Walkers.

Purple lips were a sign of peace on Guardians of Light who travelled anywhere away from Cloud 9. A statement of reassurance.

" Just passing by. " Earth Angel and Angel Eyes spoke.

Rolling his eyes knowing he can't stray too far Nova ascended into the sky up into the mist.

"Wanna play?" His chuckles were mischievous and infectious.

"Here we go again!" Earth Angel and Angel Eyes both roll their eyes laughing then ascending.

"Souberette! Nova!" Serenade crooned into the atmosphere of Dahlia.

"Present." Nova dropped out of nowhere hanging upside down in the Lion's Mane. A place where all the kids of Dahlia enjoyed games of hide and seek in the mangled tree.

"Serenade, it's getting late. We should head back over to Lily. Let's say our goodbyes."

Souberette bows goodbye to Serene as Misery enters.

"Sire." Serenade spoke.

"Uncle!" Nova dropped from the tree and ran forward to greet his uncle.

One thing about celestials and Shadow Walkers they were family oriented.

Even during the divide.

With heartbeats attempting to be elusive nothing could stop a soul from the law of attraction.

Serenade was well aware of the transition in the atmosphere.

Nova however didn't understand the law of attraction and though his 11th birthday was approaching. His mother didn't want to admit how mature her sons mind had become at such a young age.

Single children born under the stars to Opposites; a term Celestial use to describe those born to Celestial and Shadow Walker parents.

A blend of both words.

For Nova it was a celebration of leaving his childhood adventures in the past, maturing gradually as he experiences his first heart throb.

"Well look at what we've got here an Opposite!"

Heaven taunts leering at Nova who has a handful of Black blue dahlias he intended for his mother Souberette.

"Don't call me that!" He commands.

Earth Angel and Angel Eyes were no longer his eyes.

The two had already returned to Cloud 9 to serve and protect the Grey Ones.

Nova was all alone and vulnerable even moreso with his purple and white ombres.

"You speak?" Heaven spoke confused.

"So?" Nova replied.

Heaven was perplexed.

Hearing stories from other Shadow Walkers in Dahlia who described Nova as Purple Rain.

Present but subtle.

Quiet yet loud.

His eyes spoke with vivid emotions and his mouth opened with sounds of straight forward truth.

To Shadow Walkers this would be described as deceit.

Truth be told it was an innate defense mechanism for Opposites.

They have a level of discernment that was even more powerful than Celestials Mind Fluff.

If engaged properly.

Nova's execution was spot on as Heaven lingered on, wading in the water.

Observing seeking a way in.
