Recently settle in the Scottish Highlands, after wandering around the UK with my missus for two and a half years. Worked in mental health for twenty years, before deciding it was time for an adventure.

I have self published a self help/motivational book and a poetry chapbook. One of my real life stories was also recently published in Chicken Soup for the Soul, which was very exciting.
