It was another unusual day for Belle as she sat on her bedside, looking at a picture of her father, her mother and herself. She is feeling beyond devastated after what recently happened.
She searched almost everywhere, every possible place he might could be, but couldn't find him anywhere, unfortunately.
Ever since her father's disappearance, she has been all alone, well not exactly all alone as Gaston came by her place every day, annoying the daylight out of her. He didn't come inside, though he was trying so desperately to get her to marry him. And honestly, there was an easy solution to this, just ignore him and pretend to not be home.
Putting that silliness aside, she was trying to figure out exactly where her father went, but that is far from simple, especially since he didn't say a word about where he was off to. She was truly really worried and terrified, but tried her best to be brave.
It's been almost a week, and Belle missed him so much. These days she would break down and cry her heart out, after every failed search. She just couldn't believe that she could lose another parent. She can't lose him too. She refused to give up on her father, and as time flew by, it was already night time.
Belle stood up from her bed, and went straight to the window. Drew the white curtains aside and looked through the window and looked up upon the night sky. As she gazed at the twinkling stars on the sky, an unexpected shooting star passed by. She quickly closed her eyes and wished for her father's safe return, back to her.
When she opened her eyes, she got startled so bad that she fainted, right on the floor. Everything went dark for a moment...
"Belle?!"
A distant, unknown female voice was calling her.
"Belle?! Wake up."
A woman's voice was calling her again... as Belle slowly but surely opened her eyes, she saw a concerned young woman as herself.
Is her eyes deceiving her? Or is there a magical looking person standing right in front of her?
She must have hit her head really hard, because this couldn't be real, could it?
Weird... she couldn't feel any pain after fainting and hitting her head on the floor.
"It's not weird, it's magic." Said the unknown woman.
"I am so sorry for scaring you, dear. I certainly did not plan for this to happen, I only wanted to help." She said apologetically and sincere.
"Well your heart is in the right place." Belle said, letting out a sweet little chuckle, as she found all of this funny somehow.
"Wait... who are you and did you say you're here to help?" Asked Belle curiously, looking at the glowing stranger with hope.
"Oh, my apologies, allow me to introduce myself, I'm Shay the stairy." She said, smiling with her perfectly shaped, white teeth.
"Stairy?" Belle asked.
"Yes, shooting star fairy. And to answer your other question, yes, I am here to help you, rather guide you to find whom you're seeking." Shay replied with a smile on her face.
"You will help me find my father?" Asked Belle, with a glimpse of hope in her eyes.
"That's correct, dear." Shay confirmed.
"Then what are we waiting for? Let's go right now." Belle said, determined.
Belle got on her feet, ran straight to the door, opened it then ran straight to the horse, Shadow, before Shay could say another word.
As Belle got on the horse, she has high hopes to find her father this time, especially now that she got a magical stairy to guide her, who would have thought?
"Shay, guide me to my father, please. I must find him this instant." Belle said as she closed her eyes and took a deep breath.
She shortly opened her eyes and noticed that Shay was soaring out of the village, leaving a trace of glowing shimmer and sparkles behind her.
"Hiya, Shadow!" Belle said to the horse, as she started riding, following the magical glowy trace.
As Belle rode out of the village, she looked behind her and noticed that the stunning shimmery sparkles were slowly fading away. She then looked in front of her and decided to focus on the path ahead of her, where the shiny sparkles were still glowing as bright as the stars above her.
From a distance, Belle could see Shay's glow, soaring and leading the way to her father, hopefully and of course, all the sparkles that she left as a trail behind her to follow.
Belle was now a far way from home, and honestly she is a bit scared, since she has never tried to search when it's night, she usually search when it's day time. But she knew that she had to put her fear aside, because now she actually has a chance to find her lost father.
She noticed that Shay went into the forbidden forest, and as she went deeper and deeper inside, the scarier it got.
It was a full moon and the wolves were howling, they were most likely hungry. Even though she couldn't spot any wolves yet, she felt like someone or something was watching her. She decided to ride as fast as she could, until Shadow got exhausted from all the riding. And the worst thing right now is that she forgot to bring apples for Shadow. She got off the horse and stood next to Shadow, taking a short break or so she hoped. But deep inside her, she knew that Shadow was too tired to ride any further.
"Shadow, go back to the village and relax, I'll walk from here, hopefully it's not that far." Belle said, looking at the sparkles that were about to fade away, she had to hurry.
Shadow neighed with worry and fear, according to his voice.
"We are going to be fine, boy, don't worry." Belle reassured Shadow. She gave him a big warm hug.
All of a sudden, Belle heard sounds coming from the bushes.
"Who's there? Shay? Father?" Belle whispered with curiosity and fear.
A pair of glowing eyes appeared from the bushes, Belle was too terrified to run away from those eyes. Was it another magic creature, she didn't know existed?
A wolf came out of the bushes, slowly walking towards Belle. Growling angry with hunger. Belle stood there, completely frozen. Unable to move a muscle. Her heart was beating as if it was about to explode, then multiple hungry wolves came from the bushes. That's it, Belle was surrounded, there was no way out of this terrifying chaos. As the wolves came closer and closer to her, out of fear, she closed her eyes shut and had her hands covering her face...
