Right. Left. Right. Left. Right. Left.

The sound of footsteps was harmonized. Droids walking in line. Every one of one mind.

That’s when they made their move.

A loud bang to my right made my head turn, my programmed weaponry shifting from my arm. I shot out around the direction of the bang before suddenly collapsing to the ground, alongside my comrades. Before I knew what had happened, a warm, human fist struck the side of my physical body. They shot off my armory, breaking it apart as it whirred helplessly.

I stiffly moved my remaining arm, attempting to counter the attack. I was held in place firmly as another pair of hands moved to the control box at my back. It was ripped apart. A dim buzzing in my head echoed faintly. There was an automated voice humming in my ear, loud and recognizable: The Leader.

Rebooting system. Please wait.

The manufactured sunlight disappeared from my eyes.
