Reader Paid Story FAQs

The price listed for each paid story is decided by the author of that story and if the price is between $1.99 and $5, then a service charge of 5% + 23¢ is added by our payment provider.

Readers will have access to paid stories on Novelo for as long as Novelo exists!

At this time only full stories can be purchased.

No, Novelo has made the decision to deal in USD exclusively.

Yes, as long as the device has access to a browser and the internet.

You can view your receipts on the Purchase History page.

So long as no chapters have been accessed (aside from free preview chapters) you may apply for a refund within 14 calendar days of purchase. If the story does not provide any preview chapters, you will be entitled to a refund if you have only accessed at maximum two paid chapters or 10% of story.

You will still be able to access the stories you bought that have been taken down, but you will not be able to comment or review the story.
