Elle is a 18 year old, recent high school graduate. She goes on a vacation with her friend group, including her boyfriend, before setting off to college to a cabin in the mountains of East Tennessee. When she gets a phone call from her own number, she tries to uncover who this seemingly dangerous person is.
When exhausted ER physician Elena Reyes picks up a midnight phone call from her own number, she's not prepared for the voice on the other end. It's her—only not quite. The voice warns her not to go to work the next day, hinting at some kind of horrible event. Taking it as either a stressful meltdown or a bizarre prank, Elena hauls herself to work anyway.
