It begins quietly, almost imperceptibly, on a forgotten Monday morning in 2001. A man named Julien Lambert arrives at a psychiatric clinic in a town coated in perpetual grey, its streets narrowing into shadows that seem never to recede. The clinic, an oppressive building with narrow hallways and pale, peeling walls, is one of those places where time seems neither to pass nor to linger. Julien's hands tremble as he clutches an object—a rusted tin capsule with the year 1975 etched jaggedly across its lid.
A 75 year old man, unhappy with today's world gets sent back to his golden youth in 1975, but finds it's not all it's cracked up to be. No money, no home, no job, prejudice and racism. He meets a young woman working at a homeless shelter and they become friends. He sneaks items from 2025 into a Time Capsule about to be buried. He returns to 2025 and looks for the woman he fell for in 1975.
