CIA Director Chase Williams sat in the back of the cushy CIA truck that rode bumpily along the Somalian plains. Normally, he'd be the one who barked orders to other CIA members to do something. However, today it was time for him to do some work. Made Director because of his negotiation and instigating skills, Chase Williams was a top pick in the CIA. Today, he was in Somalia on an instigation mission: to give the civilians weapons. The US couldn't provide any military support against the corrupt Somalian military, which would cause outrage in politics and the United Nations. Still, they could give the civilians weapons to protect themselves against threats and kill the corrupt officials for them.
The truck came to a halt and stopped in a village. Chase stood up and opened the back of the truck, looking over the civilians gathered around.
"Guns, grenades, knives. Get your fair share and fight against anyone who pisses you off. Shoot them all." Chase shouted as he picked up some AK-12s and tossed them into the crowd.
"Alright, all you want to do is hold it like this," he said, aiming the gun "and pull the trigger, and you're shooting all good."
Chase passed the gun over to a small child staring up at him.
"Don't be shy, get your guns, free samples!" Chase said as he watched the child clutch the gun.

Chase sat in a makeshift office inside a tent: a wooden chair, a desk, a lamp, a bed, and some folder cabinets.
