One afternoon leaving work Laci’s decided to go have a drink. She goes to the bar and sat down at a table with a spotlight. She orders a Long Island ice tea. She’s listen to music and start to remember the very first time she met Leon. It was bittersweet moment where she kissed her hands and hold them together in remembrance of the first time he kissed her hands. She shook herself out of it and ask the bartender Blake for another drink. She sat down slam the drinks down and yelled out round two, only for Blake to remember their favorite customer who kept everyone happy. The bartender yells ROUND TWO and people there started dancing saying round two. But only Laci and the bartender knows why. She smiles with joy. She starts dancing and finishes the drink. She goes to bar gets another because three was there limit lucky number. She sits back down and just stare. Then her friend Nicole enters the bar sat down at her table and they started going wild because it’s been years since they seen each other. Nicole ask how have you been Laci and she “replied” well I’m living with chuckle in her voice. They started to dance at the table to a old song both ain’t herd In years. The bartender joins then he runs back to the bar because Jaci and Nisa her two sisters herd she was there and came in to surprise her. They order her favorite drink a drink she loved since childhood. It was apple juice and cranberry but hasn’t drunk that in years because of the memories. They ask bartender to deliver this drink to her table. Blake look with crazy stare because he never ever gave that so he ask for id and realize it was sister. He politely walks the drink to her table and said this is from a very special guest. But more then one. She smells the drink and pushes it back and said CAPTAIN we drinking here with a smile. She told Blake hold on let me see that drink took a sip and yelled out Jaci! Nisa! Omg, where are you guys. They walk over she introduce Nicole and the laugh like time hasn’t been missing. A guy walks over name Fat Tony takes Nicole by the hand and they dance threw the night. The sisters started laughing and remembering when a guy ask them and Laci was trying to keep it together. Jaci and Nisa gets up and goes to the bar to get drinks so they can catch up on drinks and feel how Laci feels. They tried to get her another long ice tea but Blake tells them, 3 is his lucky number I mean her. And they realized she’s missing her husband Leon, that pass away. They remembered when they first met at the bar because she couldn’t stop calling talking about it. They sat back down and ask without hesitation, lacy do you want another drink. And by surprise she says yes let me get a triple shot of white anything. That’s Leon favorite saying when he wanna be finished and leave a nice tip and go. They both look at her with glossy eyes trying keep it together to. They goes to bar and ask Blake for the drink and he says with tears in his eyes.” Yup just like old times”. He turns around and dance trying not to let the two sisters see the tears come down. He said here you go with his back turn. They didn’t ask no questions because they can hear the sobbing from Blake. He walks in office to regroup because he has a business to run. Comes back out to sisters dancing to the song called “ missing him”. He slowly starts dancing drinking whiskey yelling “ROUND TWO”. The girls stop and all three walk over to console him, even tho Laci needed it the most. But that was one of Leon’s reason why he loved Laci for her selfishness. They all regroup and the sisters ask really Laci with tears in there eyes how have you been Laci and she says stop I can’t in public. Nisa says you can’t what sister and the bartender plays one last cry, and she couldn’t hold it in anymore. She told them everything and they cry and smile. At the same time it was getting late. Sisters said they have to hit road jack, old saying they used to say. They hug the bartender and exchange numbers kiss Laci on forehead and depart. She said Jaci! Nisa! I love y’all. They turn around ran back for hug and couldn’t let go. But Laci made them go because of work and it’s late. She sat down and ask the bartender for apple juice and cranberry to finish the night because the sisters brought so much love and peace till she forgot why she was there. But the sweet smell of the cologne he used to wear kept lingering in her nose. A guy walk past her with same smell and she grabbed his arm and said LEON! He turned around and told her I’m his brother Courtney. He told him before he past to wear his smell on different days to so it a be like he’s there when his wife enters the door. She hug him and went to bartender to ask is she ok. He replied we all love you Laci, your fine. She sits back down. A stranger sat down at Laci’s table. He sat down, she looked up, the smell from his pheromones cologne, made her arouse. He kiss his hand and hold hers and said “just remember me my wife. You brought me joy and happiness, that I would never trade in for the world. You gave me a family and friends that was true to meaning of loyalty. We watch our kids grow to respectable young adults. You gave me the greatest mother in law I could ask for even though they are mean lol. She laughs as it is real. And says, “ I love you hunny forever and one day”. He kisses his hand one last time and holds hers said, “JUST REMEMBER ME.” She stands up and turns around then turn back around to realize, it was all a dream. “LOVE WHO LOVE YOU BEFORE ITS TO LATE.”
