We both laughed together in a way in which we hadn’t laughed for a very long time and, even though I wasn’t quite strong enough to completely quit smoking all at once, something unlocked in my heart on that day, like a door to my inner child that I will never close again.
And so, the end of this story marked the beginning of my life...
I'm a 26-year-old Italian girl. Been living in Amsterdam since 18. I've been reading and writing my whole life to try a make a little sense of myself, the world and the way we come together, but I've only recently started taking writing seriously, as something that might be a little more than just a hobby.
