I’m a freelance journalist based in Maine. After a 25-year career as a newspaper editor and reporter,

including over a decade in New England, I left the newspaper industry. The decline of print journalism prompted me to piece together a living in different jobs. I’ve worked the front desk at a Maine motel, and delivered pharmaceutical supplies for a Maine-based nursing home supplier. Along the way, I’ve honed my skills in the areas of writing, researching, and copywriting.
