My alarm clock wasn’t supposed to go off yet, or so I thought but it goes off at half nine and I get dressed into a t-shirt, black jogging bottoms and a black hooded jumper. I then walk into the living room. “happy birthday” my father and a strange woman who I kind of look like says .i hug my father “I’m Georgia.” She answers before I even open my mouth.&nbsp;&nbsp;“Hey thanks” I say and hug her as she hands me a small wrapped box. I open it to find an iPhone 11. “woah thank you very much.” I say smiling and I hug her. She smiles. And I walk over to open my gifts from my father. I open a lot of, a few games for my PlayStation 4 and some other things. He smiles and hands me a tiny box. I open it to find a pair of air pods. “Dad thank you so much.” I say and practically jump into his arms. (my father doesn’t get much money so I appreciate everything I get.) Me and my parents sit down and watch a movie. After its over my mother takes me out shopping. I buy a lot of stuff for my dad as he doesn’t treat himself to nice stuff. I buy him a new phone which he needs, a few new shirts and pairs of trousers, two body spray/ body wash sets and a new pair of shoes. We head home and I give my dad the stuff I bought him. He begins crying and says “Morgan your amazing I’m so lucky your my daughter.” And he hugs me tightly. My mother cooks us food and then we watch another movie. “I need to go home thanks for reaching out Bryan and Morgan ill see you another time.” Georgia says and smiles. She then leaves.&nbsp; Okay let’s have a little time jump for some context. “You can do it Morgan!” My father shouted as I began roller skating without help. I fall and cut my face I begin to cry as my father runs over. He picks me up and he takes me home to clean me up. We get home to our two bedroom apartment and my dad’s cleans up my cut and puts a plaster on it.&nbsp;See my mother left when I was very young I was a few months old when she left and I haven’t seen her since, I was five at this part of the story. Anyway I’ll let the story continue. My father then decides to take me out for ice cream to try and cheer me up so we get in his BMW and drive to Mr Ice’s ice cream shop. My dad buys me a banana Float which makes me happy. “So Morgan when your cut heals do you want to try roller skating again?” my dad asks. “not really dad it’s scary” I reply. “practise makes perfection sweetie.” He says smiling at me. I look down at my banana float and suddenly I’m standing on it floating down a river of milk. I’m dodging lumps of ice cream at every turn. “Morgan are you alright?” my dad asks snapping me out of my daydream I nod and get a mouthful of ice cream. We finish eating and my dad pays the check, we then drive home.&nbsp;See that was me 8 years ago I’m now 14 Tomorrow. Looking back on it I’m kind of shocked at how much of a scaredy cat I was. I haven’t touched a pair of roller blades since. I get a call from an unknown number I answer it. “Morgan Greene, My name is Georgia McIntosh and in two months it will have been 14 years since I made the biggest mistake of my life.” She says. “what has this got to do with me?” I ask her. “in two months it will have been 14 years ago since I walked out on you my beautiful daughter.” She explains. My face drops “m-mom?” I ask. “yeah baby it’s me, I want a chance to redeem myself after everything I have put you through. Are you willing to give me that chance?” My mother asks. “yeah Georgia ill message you.” I reply. “Alright Morgan and you don’t have to call me mum I don’t deserve that title, goodbye.” She says and hangs up. I race down the stairs “DAD, DAD” I shout. My father comes running into the hallway “what, what is it honey?” he asks panicked. “Georgia McIntosh just phoned me.” my father’s eyes widen he walks into the living room and sits down. I sit on the couch beside his armchair. “what did she want?” my father finally asks after five minutes of silence. I explain how she wants me to give her a second chance. “well this is your decision honey your 14 tomorrow.” He says to me and he places his hands on mine. “I know it is dad and I want to give her a chance.” I tell him and smile. He smiles and nods. “you better get to bed young lady its 11pm and your up early for your birthday tomorrow.” He says to me. “okay dad goodnight.” I say and I kiss him on the cheek. Me and my mother decide to have a girly night and we paint each other’s nails and bitch about boys. We then watch a movie before we go to our rooms. (my mum has a four bedroom house as she had other children one lives with her but is on holiday and the other one doesn’t live with her.) I wake up to my alarm clock at half nine and get changed into a t-shirt, jeans and a denim jacket. I then go downstairs for breakfast. “pancakes are ready just in time Morgan.” She says smiling. I take two pancakes and sit at the table to eat them. I then clean up my room and pack my bag for going back to my dad’s today.&nbsp;&nbsp;The doorbell rings as I’m packing. I then go downstairs to find my dad in the hallway. “all ready to go honey?” he asks. “yeah dad lets go bye Mum.” I say. “ bye” she replies. My father and I get into his BMW and we drive home on the way back we get to the highway which was extremely busy. “lucky I know a shortcut” my father says laughing. I laugh too and my father turns the corner into a range rover and everything goes black. (2 months later)&nbsp;“hey Morgan how are you getting on with roller skating?” my mother asks as I get ready to go see my dad. “really good mum I can skate very well now.” I say. Picking up my purse and counting my money. “are you going to visit your dad?” my mother asks I nod and ask “yeah mum I’m going to see him and head to the shops do you need anything?”. My mother shakes her head “bye and be careful” she calls as I leave. I skate to the shops where I buy my father’s favourite flowers which are red roses. I then skate to a grass field filled with massive stones. I take my skates off and put on my shoes which were in my bag and I put my shoes on. “hi dad I can skate now really well I did it like you said I could. I miss you every day dad, I love you so much.” I say as I place the roses and my roller skates on his grave.&nbsp;
