Straight to the point:
Love the pacing of the story
And the female lead character which feels very much human to me, love the concept and the horror genre blended with sci-fi elements or is it the other way around? Either ways it blendswell effortlessly.  If that's all for a short story then I hope someone like James Cameron or Christopher Nolan can adept this into a film.
