Vincent is a Rhode Island native; he has an ASET from NEIT, a BSEE from NEU. He has worked for several high-tech electronic and energy companies including BOSE, Hannah Instruments, Teradyne, National Grid, and Eagle-Picher. He has a Lifetime Master Electronic Technician Certification and won NEU’s IOT Design Challenge by combining real-time drone piloting to include an electro-mechanical pinball bombing attachment with augmented reality. He aspires to revitalize the IEEE Power & Energy community and explore uncharted solutions for harvesting energy. 

Vincent has served in the RIANG from 1987 to 2006 including an Iraq deployment and a 2yr recovery period during which, he published “Seasons of Reasons” (a collection of 50 poems) and created a Veterans Awareness Monument, dedicated to the City of Woonsocket, RI in 2005.
