My name is Susan Murray and I reside in Toronto, Canada. Although I have written privately for decades, it was only the fall of 2024 when I began writing for publication. It began with Haiku, then free-verse poetry. I have since ventured into writing short and micro fiction. My haiku have been published in the Brownstone Poets Sense and Sensibility journal, and my free-verse poem entitled Found and Lost was recently published in the 2025 Brownstone Poets Anthology. I obtained an HBA degree in Art History, followed by an M.Ed. in Adult Education - both achieved at the University of Toronto. I consider myself a lifelong learner. Although I love to garden, I also look forward to growth in writing. I am enjoying living a quiet, slow life shared with my two cats in midtown Toronto.
