Synopsis

Although it was a sunny Sunday morning, for Laura it felt like it was a cold November, and rainy night. It has been since her teenage years. Everytime she looked up the sky she only saw fog, and grey clouds. Everywhere she has gone she sees dust in the furniture, and a tears in every face. Even though the people she talks with are happy, ambitious, and look forward to a better future she doesn't agree with that mindset . To Laura, everything is doomed. Dreams should be in the same cage with dangerous criminals. That is where dreams belong to. Prison cells. Her mother's name is Hope. For Laura this is ironic. A distant, and toxic mothet should not be named Hope. But in this world nothing is fair. Her father taught her that in the end everything will turn out to be great. It is never the end, when things do not get fixed. But who fixes them? God? Destiny? Laura is tired of this world. Since she was thirteen she has been thinking about all of those things. She couldn't take it anymore. She slowly walked, while her footsteps where echoing in the floor. She felt a shiver in her entire body, and her heart went numb. She climbed her balcony, and looked down. She only looks down. Never up. She whispered to her self that it was time to end this. Little did she know, that it was not the time to end this.

Her phone started ringing. She recieved a phone call from her own number. Without second thoughts she picked it up. Her legs just ran to it. It was like her body was telling her something different from her mind. As she picked up the phone she started yelling that whatever prank this was it was twisted, and stupid. She kept threating that she would call the police, and warned them that they will pay for it. A soft voice laughted, while coughting. Lydia felt dizzy. She should have jumped, right? The voice seemed to disagree with that. Somehow they knew exactly what she was thinking. They exclaimed that it was a dumb idea to end all of this. They kept going saying that she was so young, and beautiful, only twenty years old. She was trembling so bad her phone almost fell off. The voice confroted her with softly, while saying that she should not be stressed. Laura broke down in tears, while she continued asking who are they, and how are the doing this. The voice , before hanging up, informed her about a restaurant close to her appartmeant. If she wants her to be quesions answered she should just be there in ten minutes. Hearing that her knees went numb. Her body collapsed down. Should she do what a brave person would do? She could just go back to the balcony, and end it forever. Although that tought was so seductive in her mind, forever seemed like a long time. Maybe it was her time to become brave. Her mother called brave people stupid, whereas her father insisted that stupid are the people that do not try anything. Stupid are the people that survive, and not live. If that is true she is the biggest idiot of them all. Laura didn't like that thought. So she put herself together, and got up.

When she arrived at the restaurant everyone dropped their forks, and started looking at her. What would they think about her if they knew what she was up to? She was wearing jeans, and hoddy in a formal restaraunt. As a result, all the eyes were on her. On her ugly, old clothes. If only she could just dissapear. The door opened, and a charming old lady appeared. She looked Laura up, and down while smirking. She said "Close your eyes" and that is what Lydia did. When she opened them she saw a green grass full of rabbits hoping around. The lady exclaimed "Welcome". Laura slowly got up. She kept asking the old lady how did she manage to use her number to call her. The old lady signed, and replied that she will answer later her questions, because now it was time to observe.
