Peep the silly little sheep book 4

Peep the silly little sheep is on her way to the duck pond with floaties on her ankles and a tube around her waist. She doesn't swim very well. She only sinks. Peep loves her floaties they are all the color pink. On her way she meets Pig. Look at you, you silly little sheep, pig says, laughing. Peep replies, I'm going to meet Duck at the pond. We are going for a swim. Come Pig it will be fun for all, we'll have a ball. What is in your sack hanging off your back? Peep asks. Jelly belly beans to eat for a snack. They are very; very good I will share them with you and Duck. Maybe we can eat them in the old box truck. We will have a Jelly belly bean party after our swim. Filling up our cups to the brim. Jelly bellies are the best I do confess. Duck is already there with sweet tea for you and me. Watch out Pig here comes a bee, lets hide behind that fig tree. Buzz, buzz went the bee flying down to the fig tree. Don't be afraid I won't sting you. I just need some nectar to make some honey, don't be a silly funny bunny. I will land on the flowers by the hours. Thank you, bee we were scared, I do declare. The buzzing sound all around had Pig and I running round. We are on our way to meet Duck by the pond. In the morning Duck and I went for a walk. We went to the fair and saw a brown bear wearing a pink tutu with flowers in her hair. Dancing in the towns square while eating a prickly pear. What a funny site to see as we sat under the old shade tree. Pig thought that was quite amusing to see a bear in the town square. Peep and Pig walk the winding dirt path that leads to the pond. They see frog hopping merrily along. They all swim in the early morning. When all are done, everyone basks in the sun. They lay in the meadow of wildflowers and look in the sky. Let's play a game of What does that cloud look like? Peep yells, Pig that cloud looks like you, Duck says, I see a cat, I see a Cheeto, says Pig. Silly pig you always think of snacks. laughs Duck. For hours and hours they run, jump and play, then return to the barn and lay in the hay. To nap and eat jelly belly bean snacks that pig brought on his back in a sack.. Peep says, Jelly bellies are stuck in my wool, Duck quacks, they are in my feathers. Pig oinks mine are in my belly and they tasted so good! Help us get unstuck pig we are very sticky. Ew ,you are so icky. Let's march back to the pond to get you both cleaned up quickly. The jelly belly beans will slide right off. I feel like having stroganoff, says Pig. With that said they all marched to the pond singing this song. Jelly belly's here, jelly belly's there, jelly bellies in my wool and feathers everywhere. The pond is near have no fear, jump right in and let the fun begin. Swishing and splashing. Oh no Peep forgot her floaties, Peeps in trouble. Wish me luck. I'm glad I at my oaties. Duck to the rescue. Pig stands by. Duck takes a deep breath and counts to five. She grabs Peeps tail and tugs her to the tree. Duck at the rearend Pig in the front. Grab Peep now. Pig snorts and grunts. Rest now Peep that was quite a show. No more jelly bellies in your wool you know. Peep you're a silly little sheep. Duck says you must wear your swimming gear before going into the pond. Peep says, you and Pig went far and beyond to save me from the waters in the pond. Thank you, friends for all you do. You make me so proud of you. All dried and rested up, the three friends walk the path back to the farm, arm in arm, skipping along and singing songs. Duck wagging her tail feathers, Peep and Pig swaying their tails. Happy as can be. YIP-YIP- YIPEE
