However, just for a while, they consider it is not safe at all living in the coastal area, they are living with the middle of the ocean with an island, Middlenet Peninsula.

Since time immemorial, the yokai have always haunted the green lands of Tokiwa. And since time immemorial, the Ronshin, an elite group of yokai hunters, have been there to keep the balance. However, as times have changed, the Ronshin have all but disappeared. When a new yokai appears from lands afar to kill the emperor's son, the last Ronshin, Mitikori Kotoba, must find a way to stop this monster. Before it kills all the people and yokai of Tokiwa alike.
