Part of December Challenge - "An unexpected gift from a secret Santa arrived." challenge

A woman patiently waits for her Secret Santa gift. Having timely left hers beautifully gift wrapped. Finding hers late on Christmas Eve she leaves it to Christmas day to unwrap. Finding with it a horrible secret revealed.
