The alarm wasn't supposed to go off yet..

It was still dark outside,the stars where dancing in the night and the moon was still shining so bright! It wasn't time yet...

The alarm wasn't supposed to go off yet..

The hoot of an owl can still be heard, aswell as the sound of children sleeping peacefully. It's not my time yet...

The alarm wasn't supposed to go off yet..

But yet..it has..

And suddenly everything went silent.. no hoot of an owl, no sound at all. I can't do this...

Footsteps suddenly could be heard walking up to my bedroom door, with each step making an awful creak. The beating of my heart getting faster and faster the more closer it got. Feeling more and more on edge the closer it got.

As the footsteps came to a halt outside my door the sound of light tapping on my door could be heard. The handle slowly being pulled down. I can't move..not even a muscle. Blood was slowly draining from my face.

At this point my heartrate was racing through the roof, sweating nonstop with pure fear for what could be behind that door!

The door swings open with force, my face dropping with pure panic starting to rise as a dark shadows was seen looming over my doorframe. My eyes filled with pure horror and my body became stiff.

The creeping shadow walks scarily slowly towards me with a horrifying smile on its face, reaching its long crooked fingers towards me. The overwhelming feeling of not knowing what was gonna happen and the feeling of pure terror and the unknown was becoming almost suffocating.

"It's your time" he finally speaks eerily before he sprints the rest of the way and grabbing me viscously. That was the moment my body...my mind...my soul...was taken over completely.

By the demon that lays deep within...
