They pushed the victim into flimsy chair and steadily bonded him to a chair. They had done this countless times and will do countless times more. Such as were things. They curtly nodded and left.

Inspector had sat across him in the much sturdier chair, the satisfying creek welcomed his body. He opened the papers and started looking through, silence was prevalent. The man was breathing heavily, he was beaten, tortured, and broken. He looked with tired gaze through his eye holes, his blue eyes were shot red, and tearing.

“Why... why I am here ‘’ He finally whispered, clutching his fists, his captors left , leaving him with the his own faith. Inspector already made four verdict in this very room, and this won’t be different. He is tired... he is so tired.

“You know why’’ He looked through papers before finding the reasoning for the arrest , he never remembered the cases not before, nor after. ‘’ You got brought in on charges of treason, theft , and refusing to wear your face. You know the last one is death sentence’’ Inspector sighed. This was almost done.

The man was visibly shaking, he knew what is going to happen , but he had one last trick up his sleeve. He tried to get his breath steady and he literally screamed.

‘’ I HAVE THE ARTIFACT’’ The man screamed, using every ounce of energy he had.

The inspector stood there in awe, even under his sophisticated mask, a person could see a surprise in his eyes, and a hint… of greed.
