Born and raised in Edmonton, I grew up loving art and the outdoors. I always loved to read, and through reading learned buddhism among many other philosophies. Over a decade of being a parent now has largely shaped who I have become. Since the 20's started my artistic focus has largely shifted toward learning and practising bonsai cultivation. However I do continue to read; often fantasy, mythology, or gothic horror. i enjoy tea, and have been learning gongfu cha, now taking a liking to ripe pu'er. having tea in the garden has become a luxury I cherish.
