Jason was raised in the small ODD little town of Deadwater, where he spent most of his life, taking long "inspration" walks through the eerie woods that engulf the town, exploring the strange rivers and ponds hidden in those woods and exploring the derelict buildings and discovering their long forgotten secrets.

And while he does not live there now, Deadwater will forever be imbedded in the stories he writes, the places he visits and in his bones.
