My name is Gigliola Castania, I was born in the Uk my parents were both Sicilian, I did not know who my biological father was until my mother made a deathbed confession, in 1986 I went to Sicily for the first time, with journalists to meet with my father. Ever since school, I have been an avid writer, my English teacher wrote in a report she was very surprised that my storytelling had of late not been up to the standard she had expected of me. I have written several books, all self-published, my latest book published in 2023 is the English version of a book that was published in Italian first. Entitled MY Father The Mafia Boss.'
