In our beloved English Lake District, there are often potential controversies to be navigated through, concerning the differing views and requirements of those who live and work there and the huge influx of tourists, the vast majority of whom are respectable, caring people. This has been going on for a few hundred years.

Guinea Pig Gang by Counttigger
445-00

Abandoned and escaped guinea pigs demonstrate their rodent heritage and locate and adapt suitable quarters almost in the wild, but not quite.

Allotments, disused garages and sheds provide ample cover and shelter for enterprising animals, who are amazed when the cats from Louisa's Ginger Nuts find them and actually offer to help.

The Tale of White Socks by Counttigger
315-00

Dealing with stray cats is often difficult, and when the family are cat lovers, they invariably think about how best to help. The first consideration is the overall extra costs incurred. The second is whether the stray can be introduced successfully with the resident cat family. The third is the complexity identified when the "stray" actually has a home, but their people are not fully in tune with the feline requirements for Pussy Cat happiness.

The Tale of iScoffBot by Counttigger
813-00

Fun and games with robotic developments; not just vacuum cleaners, but station concourse floor cleaners, followed by automatic food and snack delivery robots. Is the world being taken over by AI or is it just a rain forest plot. The cats will hopefully maintain the upper paw over everything that ASTRO tries.

Mungo Takes the “A” Train by Counttigger
1.03K-00

Here in Great Britain, we have a long history concerning trains and locomotives, starting originally in the Victorian era and precipitating immense changes to the built environment whilst calling time on the canals and waterways which had transported goods during the Industrial Revolution.

Fuelled by coal, coke, water, steam and nostalgia, the long missed days of steam locomotives, with their well oiled mechanics, noise and smoky funnels are revered by a enthusiastic following, started by today’s great-grandfathers and passed down through the generations.
